The incident happened around 11: 15am. The deceased, Patrick Obeng Hamza, 25, was said to have consumed four ‘quarters’ of the hard liquor, approximately two bottles of 300ml Fanta. Hamza who is unemployed collapsed in the process of taking another ‘quarter’.
