“For the eyes of the LORD range throughout the earth to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to him…” (2 Chronicles 16:9)
In our highly competitive world today, everyone is seeking recognition from everywhere and anywhere. But the best recognition we can ever earn is divine recognition.
God recognizes those whose hearts are fully committed to Him and those whose hearts are not.
David was in the wilderness tending his father’s sheep when God’s spotlight fell on him. Mary who became the mother of Jesus received the divine honour to carry the Saviour in her womb.
If men are to select, you may be at the tail end of the queue. But the good news is that if you please God in your closet and your secret place, He will recognize and honour you publicly. It’s just a matter of time.
Be encouraged to remain faithful to God, whether or not people recognize you. Let your heart be fully committed to Him, and His eyes will surely find and strengthen you.
