Airport View Hotel, a leading hotel in Accra, Ghana, has donated GHS20,000 and linen items to Citi FM to support relief efforts for flood victims in Ghana.
The linen items include 68 pillowcases, 219 bath towels, 67 floor towels, 47 hand towels, 9 bedsheets, 11 duvets, 31 throw pillows, and 5 pool towels.
“We are deeply saddened by the devastating floods that have affected so many people in Ghana,” said Mr. Lance Hurly, General Manager of Airport View Hotel. “We are committed to supporting the relief efforts and helping those affected to rebuild their lives.”
The floods have caused widespread damage to homes, infrastructure, and crops in Ghana. Thousands of people have been displaced, and many are in need of basic necessities, including clothing and bedding.
