One of the very first lessons of the Bible is that God unfolds His plans in bits. The Omnipotent God who could have created anything and everything in a twinkle of an eye decided instead to roll out the creation plan in six days.
God’s message to us in that first chapter of the first book of the Bible is crystal-clear: He doesn’t rush through His plans. It therefore takes faith and patience to walk with a systematic God who has a systematic plan for your life.
There are no shortcuts in the divine agenda. The entire creation process only makes sense after its completion. Until then, rest assured that the timing is part of the plan.
“God saw all that he had made, and it was very good. And there was evening, and there was morning–the sixth day.” (Genesis 1:31)
