In a landmark legal decision, the Attorney-General Dominic Ayine has filed a nolle prosequi to discontinue the highly publicized trial of Dr. Stephen Kwabena Opuni, the former Chief Executive of COCOBOD, businessman Seidu Agongo, and Agricult Ghana Limited.
