The Member of Parliament for Upper Denkyira East, Nana Amoako has donated 11 motorbikes to the Ghana Education Service in the Upper Denkyira East Municipality to aid supervision by Circuit Supervisors as well as teaching and learning in the education sector. With the presentation of the motorbikes, every Circuit Supervisor in the Municipality is expected to have access to one motorbike to enable them to easily monitor and supervise the work of teachers in the Municipality Making the presentation to the Ghana Education Service in a short ceremony in Dunkwa-On-Offin, Nana Amoako congratulated the GES and students in the Municipality for placing first continuously for two academic years in the Basic Education Certificate Examination in the whole of Central region. According to him, this feat couldn’t have been achieved without the hard work and dedication of the gallant teachers and students in the Municipality Receiving the motorbikes on behalf of the Director of Education of the Municipality, the Deputy Director of Education in charge of Finance and Administration, Mr. Owusu Adim, showered praises on the Member of Parliament for his continued support to education in the area.
