Member of Parliament for North Tongu, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa is beside himself with anger following what he termed “despicable desecration” a music video shot inside Ghana’s seat of government, the Jubilee House by rapper Meek Mill.
The legislator wants all government officials involved in the shooting of the video at the presidency sacked.
The music video that has since been deleted by the American has sparked wild concerns over the security and sanctity of the high office of the president.
Mr Ablakwa waded into the brouhaha via Facebook.
“All those responsible for this despicable desecration of the Jubilee House by Meek Mill must be fired immediately.
“How do those explicit lyrics from the president’s lectern project Ghana positively?
“Is Ghana’s seat of government no longer a high security installation?”
On late Sunday, January 8, 2023; the celebrated American rapper posted an Instagram reel announcing that he was set to release a new track.
It turns out that portions of the said video were shot in and around the Jubilee House during his visit.
