President of South Africa, Cyril Ramaphosa, is in Ghana for a two-day working visit.
Mr. Ramaphosa arrived in the country on Wednesday, December 4, 2019 at about 6:30pm in a South African Air Force plane.
He was received at the Jubilee Lounge of the Kotoka International Airport upon arrival by Minister for Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration, Shirley Ayorkor Botchwey, Ghana’s High Commissioner to South Africa, George Ayisi Boateng, Philbert Johnson, Director of Africa Bureau, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration, and officials of the South African High Commission to Ghana.
He will be in Ghana from Wednesday, December 4, to Thursday, December 5, 2019.
While in Ghana, Mr. Ramaphosa will hold bilateral talks with President Nana Akufo-Addo at the Jubilee House, the seat of Government.
Both nations are due to take advantage of the visit to sign some Memorandum of understanding (MoU).
