Daniel Nii Kwartei Titus-Glover has been appointed the Managing Director of the Volta Aluminum Company Limited (VALCO).
The former Member of Parliament for Tema East was appointed by the President, Nana Akufo-Addo, a letter signed by Secretary to the President, Nana Bediatuo Asante said.
“Kindly take the necessary steps to regularise the said appointment in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Company Act, 2019 (Act 992) and the constitution of the company,” the letter dated March 2, 2023 said in part.
The letter was addressed to the Minister of Lands and Natural Resources, Samuel Abdulai Jinapor.
