The BKQ Foundation, an Accra-based non-for profit organization, has made a substantial donation to the Village of Hope Orphanage situated in Gomoa Fetteh, Central Region.
This donation, organized and coordinated by the Zuza Ladies, was done on Wednesday, May 1st, 2024 to celebrate the birthday of the founder of BKA Foundation, Mr. Benjamin Kofi Quashie, a well known philanthropist based in South Africa but with many projects in Ghana.
The orphanage received a significant supply of essential items including bags of rice, gari, sugar, maize, beans, gallons of cooking oil, washing powder, tissue papers, assorted goods, cartons of milk, canned tomato paste, water, and beverages. These provisions were intended to support the well-being of the children under their care.
The children at the orphanage were elated and appreciative of the donation.
The officials at the orphanage conveyed their sincere gratitude to the Foundation for the donated items, acknowledging the positive impact they will make on the lives of the children they serve.
