Also selected is SAFA General Manager for Football Business Russell Paul. Russell and Baffoe were among the elite General Coordinators from around the world who were assigned to see the smooth running of the 2014 World Cup in Brazil and FIFA has once again shown confidence into the two by giving them responsibilities during the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
