Patapaa and Kwami Eugene at the weekend delivered a powerful ground-shaking performance at a musical concert in Sierra Leone dubbed: “ECOFEST 18, When Lions Roar”.
The two top artistes, represented Ghana at the event organised by Kabaka Multimedia Entertainment (KME), which saw more than ten artistes from other West African countries.
Styled like the famous Ghanaian concert, Ghana Meets Naija, every artiste brought on stage was a household name on the continent and the sub-region.
Patapaa, the leader of Pa2pa Soldiers, delivered an electrifying performance with his worldwide hit track, ‘One Corner’ being the pivot and also thrilled the more than 30,000 mammoth crowd with some ‘Akwaaba’ dance moves.
Kwami Eugene of Lynxx Entertainment fame, on the other hand, gave a splendid performance to the delight of all who were at the Sierra Leone National Stadium.
Other headline artistes included: Innocent Salone from Sierra Leone, Patoranking and Mayorkun from Nigeria, Arkman, Dallas B, Drizilik, Empress P, Kao Denero, Boss LAJ, LXG.
Double T and J Kelly represented the Gambia, CIC and Stunna took Liberia’s spot, Fafadi took Senegal’s position and Takana Zion from Guinea represented his country.
