Diana Asamoah: I’m not experiencing any economic hardship

Popular gospel musician, Evangelist Diana Asamoah has said that she is not experiencing the torture of the economic hardships of the country as many citizens are complaining.

According to the singer who recently held her Abba Father Concert, the grievances are not the real depiction of the present challenges of the country.

In a video sighted by Graphic Showbiz, the Anopa Wim artiste told Sammy Kay Media in an interview that she is not going through any challenges because of her strong communion with God.

“Forget about the economy; the children are enjoying free education. I’ve only heard the complaints and I’m not experiencing any of those.”

The Onyame Tumfo hitmaker added that her faith in God has always seen her through difficult moments and entreated people to always trust in God.

“I’m blessed beyond measure. I have faith in God and I find comfort in Daniel 11:32, which says that those who behave wickedly against the covenant he will corrupt with flattery, but the people who know their God will be strong and perform great deeds. People who are complaining do not know God.”

She urged Ghanaians who are lamenting about the country’s declining economic fortunes to also turn to God for relief.

Apart from Evangelist Diana Asamoah who almost certainly has a magic wand for these times, a number of showbiz personalities including actors Lydia Forson, Yvonne Nelson and Prince David Osei have publicly condemned the government for the poor economic conditions of the country.

In an Instagram post last month, Prince David Osei threatened to protest against the government if he did not see an improvement in the economic situation of the country by December 2022.

“Yes we know! But looks like you and your ministers are determined to inflict untoward hardship to the citizenry,” the African movie star posted.

who would your most humble servant be?

At a time when power is flaunted more than it is earned, we rise with a different call: #TumiNniSuban—Power without character is nothing. We are done with leaders who wear authority like a costume but lack the soul to serve. Leadership must reflect the people’s dignity, not diminish it. So we ask If elections were held today, who would your most humble servant be?
