Welcoming the women to the brunch, Josephine Amo-Asare, President of U-Lionesses Ghana, said the activity was aimed at having a work-life balance, celebrating each other as women and mothers, and sharing ideas for growth.

It was also an opportunity for the women group to unwind after months of hard work.

In attendance was Abiola Bawuah, CEO of UBA Africa and chief patron of U-Lionesses.

Given the platform to share a word, Abiola advised women to strive for excellence wherever they find themselves, seize opportunities and upgrade themselves.

Sharing her opinion on work and family, she said “Women must maintain a balanced work and family life.

“Your family must not suffer because you’re a working woman. You can ask for support or delegate responsibilities when necessary to make sure the home is in order.”

Regarding work and family, Abiola emphasized the importance for women to maintain a balanced life.

The event left attendees feeling refreshed, excited, and inspired.
